The blossoms and foliage of all kinds of Alliums are edible, some have a strong flavor other a lighter
flavor. Grower recommends them in soups, salads stir frys, and Mexican dishes!
I'm looking forward to adding them to my picante sauce when making chicken chimichangas.
Might be best not remove than more than a third in season, but just before frost cut the entire plant.I suppose the harvest can be used fresh, if stored dried or frozen.
